This Tip is for the Ladies.

Sorry to exclude you guys, but you really don’t need to read this one.

For approximately 40 years of your life, about once a month, you have to deal with “being a woman.”  The only way to get a reprieve is to be constantly pregnant or take the pill without a break.  Neither are good for you long term, and both make you fat and cranky.

So how best to deal?  I can’t give you much advise on the cramps and other side effects other than stretching, hot baths, and trying to stay in bed for a week, but Grist.org did a nice little review of ‘feminine’ products that is worth reading.
