Eat green for St.Patrick’s Day

Wearing a green shirt? That’s easy. How about eating green as well? No, I’m not talking about artificial green food coloring. Let’s get a bit more creative. For example, this morning I made Beck some green oatmeal by mixing in a scoopful of wheat grass powder. He got a big kick out of it.

The darker the green the better. Chlorophyll is so healthy for you and a great way to detox. Something we could all use now that radioactive fallout may be heading our way.
