How to Study a Study

It seems like every time you turn around you hear about a new study telling you such-and-such is good for you; no wait, such-and-such is bad for you.

What do you believe?

I recently came across two articles that touched on this.  The first is from Andrew Wilder over at Eating Rules (love him!) titled “Five Things to Remember When Reading Reports on Scientific Studies.”  The second is from Grist titled “Does Organic Food Make You a Jerk?
